A few things worth knowing.

Does one plan cover both apps?

Yes. Use the same email on QuestionFinder and CheckThemLinks. One QuestionFinder search or one CheckThemLinks report uses one search from the shared allowance. Signing into each domain is separate.

What counts as a content piece or assistant reply?

A QuestionFinder content piece includes the expert interview, first draft and two successful AI revisions. CheckThemLinks assistant replies are counted separately; each successful answer or follow-up uses one reply. Failed replies and reopening a saved conversation do not use a reply.

When do allowances renew?

Free searches renew each calendar month in UTC. Paid allowances follow your subscription billing period. Check Account & billing for your renewal date. Search Console views do not spend your search allowance.

Is everything unlimited on Unlimited?

No. Searches have no monthly count limit, subject to technical rate limits and automated-abuse protection. Content generation is limited to 50 pieces and the assistant to 300 successful replies per billing period. Extra search packs and separate Content Ideas generation are not currently available.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancel renewal through Manage billing or contact hello@questionfinder.io. Confirmed cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are reviewed case by case; requesting a refund does not automatically cancel renewal. See the Subscription & Refund Terms for details.
